A four-part healing series rooted in community, culture, and the radical act of caring for yourself. Join us this April as we gather, restore, and rise — together.
Minority Health Month | April 2026 | Greater Dayton/Miami Valley, Ohio
"Healing is not a luxury — it is a birthright. This April, HUES invites women of color in the Miami Valley to come home to themselves."
About the Series
Four Sessions. One Transformative Journey.
Every April, Minority Health Month shines a light on the health disparities that continue to affect communities of color. At HUES, we go deeper — creating intentional, culturally grounded spaces where women of color can access healing, information, community, and power.
The Cultivating Wellness, Cultivating Wholeness series weaves together spiritual grounding, body awareness, mental health, and whole-person care into four distinct — and deeply connected — experiences.
Whether you come to one or all four, you will leave with something you need.
